Step 1

Register as a new applicant by accessing KCA Blackbaud Online Application Portal. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account and create a password. Please be sure to check your SPAM if you've not received a link after 15 minutes.

Step 2

Once you've received your new user ID and set your password, log into Blackbaud to complete the online application.

After you complete the application, you must pay the application fee before your application is processed.

Step 3

Submit the required documents below to complete the application process. All documents are accessible through Blackbaud.

Health Statement Form (Grades K – 12)
Records Release Form (Grades K – 12)
Annual Physician’s Statement Form (18 months – 4 years only)
Reading Teacher Evaluation (Grades K – 12)
Math Teacher Evaluation (Grades K – 12)

KCA Closed Thursday & Friday

We will be closed January 9-10 due to inclement weather.

Additionally, all extracurricular activities scheduled from Wednesday afternoon through Saturday are canceled.

KCA Closed November 28 & 29 for Thanksgiving

All KCA campuses will be closed Thursday, November 28, and Friday, November 29, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Regular activities will resume on Monday, December 2, 2024.
