Register as a new applicant by accessing KCA Blackbaud Online Application Portal. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account and create a password. Please be sure to check your spam if you’ve not received a link after 15 minutes.
Once you’ve received your new user ID and set your password, log into Blackbaud to complete the online application.
After you complete the application, you must pay the application fee before your application is processed.

Preschool children must be 18 months at the time of application. Toddlers are classified as students who are 18 – 23 months.
Children entering Kindergarten must turn five on or before September 1 of that year.
Students entering grade 1 must turn six on or before September 1.
All immunization records must be up-to-date and submitted along with the completed application before a student can begin at KCA. Our school nurse reviews immunization records before admittance into the academy. All discrepancies must be cleared before a student can be admitted.
KCA accepts students of any race, nationality and ethnic origin and gives access to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally afforded or made available to students at the school.
KCA is a non-denominational, evangelical Christian private school established by Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, Texas. We are not affiliated with any particular denomination.
Yes. We are fully accredited through Cognia and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).

Yes. The second child receives a 10% discount, the third child receives a 20% is discount, and the fourth child (and after) receives a 30% discount.
